parents: the most influential people

I was curious as to who it is that people feel has influenced, impacted, and changed their lives the most. So, I sent out a twitter survey that asked that very question. There were four options they could choose from:

1. Teacher/coach
2. Parents
3. Famous person
4. Friend.

39% said their parents, 33% said a teacher/coach, 28% said a friend, and 0% said that a famous person had impacted their life the most. There was a total of 18 votes on the survey, and since I have a private account, the votes came only from the 350 followers that I had at the time.
This is merely an anecdotal dip in a sea of opinions; however, this information is important because it should encourage you to become a good father and a good mother one day. A parent who can love their kids with the love of Jesus Christ.
This is merely meant to call your attention to the impact you will have as a parent one day in the future, and that day will come faster than you think.
